The best smoke shop in my area. The first time I walked in i was left speechless by far the most inventory and selection I've ever seen. Its ridiculous how amazing and neat everything is setup. The most professional staff I've encountered, Mike and Jack had everything covered from hookah and vapes to cigars and pipes. There's glass selection is the biggest ive seen a smoke shop have, if you need anything you will walk out happy with exactly what you want. Highly recommend.

This is the place to go for your vaping needs. John is very knowledgeable and took his time answering questions I had regarding my vape pen. This quality service will make me a regular customer of course. In addition he seems to have developed great relationships with a few customers that were in the store while I was there. Awesome place and great selection!

Family business! Incredible inventory, super nice service. Jack and his son Mike are outstanding. Really, REALLY nice guys. They sell cigarettes way cheaper than anywhere else (including Costco which only sells their cigs for resale now). AND they have the most incredible collection of vapor smoking hardware as well as an unbelievable variety of nicotine solutions - with higher nicotine down to lower and no nicotine. And what looks like this little mini mart shop - is LARGE inside and it's packed from floor to ceiling with all this inventory and smoking products for ALL kinds of smoking, or vaping-I've never seen so many different types of bongs and gadgets in one place. And they have all the up to date hardware that is digitized if you want, or the simpler stuff too. I am SO happy to have found them. I read some glowing reviews on them and figured, well EVERYBODY can't have had a WONDERFUL experience with them, nobody's THAT nice. Well, they ARE! And it all starts from there. There is no better place in the San Fernando Valley that I have seen that comes close to these guys. I am SO happy I found them.

Great shop, I come in all the time and the staff knows their vape and smokeware and the prices are solid. One of the top shops in the valley with all the latest brands.

If Mike helps you, you will be taken care of. He is very honest and knowledgeable about vapes and vape juices. He was also extremely patient with my bf and I when we wanted to see many vape juices. After we made our selections I realized they closed at 9pm, but he never once rushed us. Thank you Mike! They also have a big, great selection that's very well organized. Definitely recommend coming here if you want honesty, patience, and good service.

Jack the owner is such a sweetheart! He is so patient and always willing to take the time to make sure I get the right product and be happy with it! There's a great selection of everything you could think of when walking into this shop. Not to mention the atmosphere ! Positive vibes everywhere, with great customer service. I would recommend this place a million times over!

Walked right into Cigarette Empire and wow it felt like I walked into a venue, so much space to walk around in the store, not cramped like some other smoke shops that i walked into in the past. The selection is just amazing, to much to choose, all I needed was one e-juice bottle but I ended up walking out with 3 e-juice bottles, a box of cigars, and a hookah all because of the amazing prices!!The staff very professional and well mannered Jack & Mike helped with all my needs and questions. Recommend Cigarette Empire to all you smokers!!!

Jack, the new owner, stocks some pretty cool merchandise at this store. Great prices, A+ customer service, clean, welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. By far one of my favorite spots to shop for any and all smoke related. Highly recommended!
